Problems installing the toolbar (redesigned universes)

installing the toolbar following the given link is broken. in the attempt, firefox reports the following, 

Firefox could not install the file at 
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/file/75014/galaxytoolbar-2.2.7fx.xpi?src=addondetail?confirmed
because: Not a valid install package -207

solution: go to old versions, select the top one to install: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/versions/8588
