If you choose a user, you can see information about how many systems were updated from this user.
So the admin can see who is never updating the tool and should be restricted in his rights until he updated systems.
Besides the restrictions, the admin can change the skin and the password of each user. So accounts need no deletion if a member leaves the alliance. You just need to change the password for the new user. So you can keep his notices for the next user and they are not deleted. If you delete a user, all his notices are deleted too!
The permissions for diplomat allows this player to change the status of other alliances withing the Galaxytool. This players can change the status to war, nap or whatever.
The permission for allyhistory allows this player to upload the alliancetable from ogame with the help of the toolbar.
The skin path has to be a correct URL. If you want to use a local skin, you will need a local webserver!
