For Galaxy Tool Version 4.0:

When you are logged in on your galaxy tool. The overview will be the first page you will. This the overview of your galaxy tool. Here
you can see things like:

Information

Number of all systems
New systems last week
Systems older than one month
Registered users
Notices
Player statistics
Ally statistics
Espionage Reports
Player in Vacation mode
Number of moons
Number of possible targets
Number of empty systems
Number of completely filled systems

Shoutbox

Then you got the 'shoutbox'. This is like a chat area for your galaxy tool. Here people can talk about your galaxy tool. And about
any other thing around there. You can edit the number of shown message's. in /secret/attributes.php.

Usernumbers

Now the new thing in version 4.0 is the usernumbers. But what can you see in here? Well it is very simple. You can see how many log ins there has been today. And which users has logged in. Also you can see how many times there has been a log in. (in total). It will look like:

Today online: X	
Overall number of logins: XXX 
(At the place of the X there must be a number) 

Version Check

you can also check for the newest version of galaxy tool. (you can do this on any page on the galaxy browser). just click at the top the version number (like V4.0) It will show the overview page. But this time in a update mode. When You check this once a weak it is enough.
