The Toolbar works only with Mozilla Firefox. The installation script for Mozilla did not work yet. There are no toolbars for Opera and IE at the moment!
You can activate and deactivate the toolbar to avoid mistakes if you are playing in more tha 1 universe. At startup the toolbar is always deactivated and must be activated before it's first usage. If the toolbar is activated it works for all instances or tabs of the browser!
