As you can see you can search by many options. You can search by solar system. Or by rank. Or even by fleet rank. (Note: Research rank has nothing to do with your attacks, so that why it is '''not''' included). You can set the date for the time that  the galaxy has entered. So you can have a target that is not that old and that you can know for sure it is still the same. <br>

You can also search the database for debris fields. This very handy when you got to many recyclers doing nothing. You can set them to a debris field to clean it. You can even set how many it must be before it is shown. This can be very handy when you need resources.

Now as you can see you enter much information here. You can search for planets that only has moons or that only has a notice in your galaxy tool database. Even you can search for a empty planet where you can colonizate your new planet. Very handy when you need a spot for a crash or just a planet.

When you want to attack somebody you can go for the player status. is it inactive? or is it a possible target. You can set it how he must search. When it does you get the possible targets for it. When it is inactive it is very handy for a farm or something like that. Because it is inactive.

The last option is searching in your database for a alliance. You can set many options for this one. It is very nady when you are searching for a alliance when you are in war with it. So you can find there planets easily.The options are: <br>
    * search for playernames

    * search only planets with moon

    * search only planets with espionage reports

    * search only planets for colonisation from position X to position Y

Wow, that are some options you can choose from. Well when you want to search something you want to search it good! And not when you search that you get something else you wanted. Like when you are searching NAPs you only want search for NAPs not then that you will find some neutrals also. The last option is not that great option it is how many hits there must be shown after the search. ( I recommend '''20''' every page)

As a result you get information about: planet postions, moon and moon size (mouse over), debris field size, alliance name, player name, planet name, player status, date of the entry and an icon for notices and reports.

Well when you are searching sometimes you want search by names. And there more then one name with the letter X. Well you can set here wich one is first. The letter A or Z. (ascending - descending). And the other options are actually the same.

Here you can search within the whole galaxy database. The search capabilities are manifoldly.

Start screen

As you first enter the page. You will see this:

This is coming with the new version. There is now options to choose from when you are searching the database. When you are using only this you will get the names of the people that are in the alliance. Or the planets of the specific name. But there are advanced searches!
